The 866-OUR-VOTE Hotline is powered by the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and provides Americans from coast to coast with comprehensive information and assistance at all stages of voting – from registration and absentee and early voting, to casting a vote at the polls and overcoming obstacles to their participation. The hotline is a part of a national coalition which helps voters through several channels including:
- A multi-lingual suite of voter hotlines administered by coalition members
- Grassroots field programs
- Digital outreach tools
Throughout the election cycle, our volunteers provide voters information, document problems they encounter when voting, and work with partners and volunteers on the ground to identify and remove barriers to voting. We focus on the voter – not on the political horse race – and provide guidance, information and help to any American, regardless of their voting choices.
